A Trip With My Family

Have you ever gone on a trip with your family?

My family went on a trip last week, and we were all very happy.

We packed our bags the night before.

I put in my clothes, my shoes, and my toothbrush.

My mom made sandwiches for the road.

My dad put the bags in the car.

We drove for three hours.

I looked out the window the whole time.

The trees and fields were very green.

We stopped at a small town for lunch.

The food was good and the people were friendly.

We arrived at the beach in the afternoon.

The water was blue and cold.

We played in the sand until the sun went down.

We drove home the next day with big smiles.
