Do you know how to count your money?
Money comes in coins and paper bills.
A penny is worth one cent.
A nickel is worth five cents.
A dime is worth ten cents.
A quarter is worth twenty-five cents.
One dollar equals one hundred cents.
Paper bills come in different amounts too.
A five-dollar bill is worth five dollars.
You can add coins together to get more money.
Two quarters make fifty cents.
Four quarters make one whole dollar.
Counting money helps you buy things at a store.
