Vendors

Thai street food is a market place in Thailand where vendors set up stalls to sell food and people buy to enjoy on the go or directly on nearby tables.

Sometimes vendors add wantons, which are small dumplings or meat balls, to the broth.

These dishes soon became so popular they were sold anywhere from river boat food vendors to the streets, enjoyed both by royalty and the common folk.

The vast area, known locally as Yaowarat, is full of streets and alleys that are in turn full of shops and restaurants and countless street food vendors.
